Ernest Hemingway in Paris in the 1920s. An expatriate learning to be an author while living with other members of the "lost generation."
Is that rue Mouffetard?

My guess would be the rue Mouffetard - but just a guess.
That was the perfect shot of color for Christmas. Happy holidays Paul and hope you have a wonderful time with your friends and family. See you in '09!

Hi Paul! Hope you had a great holiday season and wish you a 2009 much better than we can anticipate and at least as better as if your dreams come true!Health, Peace, and… some money to spend… ;) and some more memories of Papa!As for Blogtrotter, it’s visiting the Red Fort in Delhi. Hope you enjoy and have a great week!
Dear Paul, An appropriate and colourful photo for the season. I hope that your holiday was happy and I wish you the best for the new year!!
Happy New Year Paul!
Happy New Year, Paul.I don't have a lot to say about last year or this new year but here are some thoughts...I hope 2009 will be better than 2008, 2007, and 2006. I do think our government will be inspired by our new President Obama -- at least I hope so.I would like to see the War in Irag end and I would like to see the killing stop everywhere. It is my hope that Japan will stop slaughtering whales and raping virgin forests. And I hope the people will lose their clubs and no longer club baby seals to death. What a world we have and live in. Just think 2009 could be so much better than it will be.
Thank you 99 ( & Negrita)! Thanks for the visit Abraham!Enjoy the New Year!
